Best of the Bone Brownies

- 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Organic Cacao Powder
- optional - 100 grams melted organic 70% dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp Bi-Carb Soda
- 2 1/2 tbsp of Best of the Bone (which has a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt in it)
- 3 free range eggs, lightly whisked
- 1/4 cup Organic grass fed butter
- 1 tbsp organic coconut oil.
- 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar •
- 1 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup (or brown rice syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp water
METHOD
1. Preheat fan-forced oven to 165°C/325 Fahrenheit. Line and lightly grease an 20cm square baking tin with baking paper and set aside. 2. Combine coconut flour, cacao powder, bi-carb soda and Best of the Bone in a large bowl. 3. Cream together coconut oil, melted butter and coconut sugar in a small bowl until combined and smooth (you can use a spatula or an electric beater). Mix in maple syrup and vanilla extract. 4. Add the lightly whisked eggs to the flour mixture and stir though. Then add the two mixtures, fold through and mix well. Do not over mix. 5. Mix in the water. 6. Pour brownie mix into the prepared baking tin and spread it evenly. 7. Bake for 14 minutes in the preheated oven. 8. Remove and add organic dark chocolate to the top and place back in oven for one minute. 9. Remove from oven and let cool
