Red Curry Dumpling Soup

Here’s what you need: 1 tablespoon red curry paste 2 cups Miso Bone Broth Concentrate 1/2 cup coconut cream 1 tablespoon soy sauce 12-15 frozen dumplings (I used @mushiki_dumplings) 1 cup sliced carrots (thinly sliced or julienned) 1 cup bok choy Fresh coriander or green onions for garnish This recipe couldn’t be easier! Just toss everything into a pot and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve it with a some chili oil 🌶️ for an extra kick!
