Digestive Health Powerhouses Come Together in a Zesty Dressing

Some of nature's most beneficial digestive, gut-health foods come together in a zesty dressing - great for any type of salad.   Apple cider vinegar, ginger, and Best of the Bone broth gelatin form the nutritional, tasty base for this miso dressing - so good I could drink it by itself.  And probably should 😍

Preparation:  Put all of your ingredients except the pepper into a food processor or blender and let it blend for one minute.  Add pepper to taste.  The result is a dressing that ensures any salad is a nutrient dense, collagen-rich, gut-healthy powerhouse of a dressing.

Ingredients:

1/4  cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tablespoon dark sesame oil

1 tablespoon Best of the Bone organic turmeric & ginger

1/4 cup peanut oil or other neutral flavour oil

2 medium carrots chopped

1.5cm/1 inch piece fresh ginger cut

3-4 tablespoons mild or sweet miso

Freshly cracked pepper

Best of the Bones for dressings
